By creating an account or using Replate (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Replate generates personalized meal plans and nutrition information based on data you provide. Features and content may change over time.
The App provides general nutrition information only and is not medical or dietary advice. See our Health & Nutrition Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. You use the App and any plan at your own risk and should consult a qualified professional before changing your diet. Always verify ingredients and allergens yourself.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the App or its infrastructure; access it by automated means or scrape it; reverse-engineer it; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may apply usage limits (e.g. on AI-generated plans) and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Some features require a paid subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Prices and what is included are shown at purchase. Refunds are handled per the applicable app store's policy.
The App, its design, and its content are owned by Szymon Tabiś or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain rights to the personal information you provide.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Szymon Tabiś is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from reliance on nutrition information or meal plans. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights under EU/Polish law).
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
